From Talent to Transformation: The Roots of CareerLaunch
Though I come from a STEM heavy household and education, I’ve always had a knack for speaking, communicating, presenting even poetry. These came naturally to me at an early age so I figured why not use these talents and skills to get jobs when I graduate. Through the next few years, I realized that I was landing great roles in very difficult companies to interview for. This includes getting multiple offers, double promotions, including various other bonuses and incentives. Often, I’d get called immediately after submitting my resume with some networking, once there I continued to shine during the interviewing process.
Word spread throughout my circle and I eventually became THE “career guy”, helping with resumes, interviews, network building, negotiating etc. Folks from all over were landing great roles and I was happy to help. But it took a lot out of me because I didn’t have an actual process built out, it was just hours of work for what I felt was the next right thing to do. That’s where the seeds of CareerLaunch were planted, I wanted to scale up so I could help a lot more needing my support.
I built out the program, refined it using my 20 years of experience and started helping more people get great roles. This includes seeing my clients get multiple offers, often 25-30% promotional salary increases, double promotions, getting into Fortune 100 or FAANG organizations. I knew my method was lethal on the job hunt, the results and testimonials speak for themselves, these help senior professionals across any industry land their next leadership role fast.
